On Thursday the 20^th of April 2023, since I was at Tebwanimwaneka Primary School, every morning I was in the classroom and the first thing they always did was to do a prayer. They continuously did this from the beginning of the day I went there till I was about to leave this school. Perhaps they did this since the first start of their school, and that was very significant for all teachers and understudies. They constantly not neglecting to praise him so that he would pour his blessing upon them and empowered during class session.

As it was the time for the revision before their final assessment, they revised some previous topic on the board. Their teacher reminded them the topic they covered ages ago so that they would be able to memorize and remember it. Later on, he gave them hints on KCS and Environmental Science. Stated to them that both KCS and Environmental had four sections (section A to D) and had a total of 80 percentage.

During class session, students were able to execute activities they were told to do. They willingly to participate and well engaged in every activity performed inside the classroom. Boys’ attitudes were better than before. They could complete their activities before time. It seems that there was an improvement and motivation in their abilities and that was wholly happened from the assistance of their teacher. Every time, he acted as a facilitator whereas students control their own learning pace inside the classroom, because he always distributed them to do group activities in order to determined them, are they could solve the problem, or they cannot. This strategy helped students improved their understanding as they shared ideas among them, their critical thinking and to find solution to solve the problems.  

Therefore, this teacher was very intelligent in teaching and dealing with students’ behaviors. When they were disobedient, he called on them and did the counseling. That is another method I just got from him. He knew how to communicate well with student, knew how to talk nicely and emotionally which would change students’ behaviors from wild to well unionized.  If I was him at that time, I could not control myself, maybe I will smack hardly their hands so that they could not repeated do it again. But this lecture showed me a picture of a good teacher, this is not the way to deal with students when they acted rebellious, but to make a good conversation with them. However, he fits and suitable in this position for doing his mission for students.
